Introducing appointments that can be done On Line using webcam. I have clients that live in Illinois, Osage Beach and Fenton. I have had inquiries from potential clients who live in Independence, Missouri (near Kansas City) and Ohio. For clients who live over an hour away, I offer On Line appointments through webcam. Simply pay for your office visit On Line and schedule your appointment with me. On Line appointments are 15-20 minutes and can be done from the convenience of your own home or office. The cost is the same as an office visit. However, you save gas, time and money by scheduling a visit via On Line webcam. Appointments can be scheduled after hours or at a mutually agreed upon time.
Just follow-up four simple steps:
1. If you are a new patient, fill out the First Visit questionaire.
2. Set up a free account with Skype (free webcam service).
3. Register for an On Line appointment by sending me an e-mail with desired date and time. Please provide cell number.
4. Pay On Line using Paypal.
Note: OnLine appointments are limited to those clients who live more than one hour away or out-of-state. Clients using webcam appointments must be seen at the office at least every 3-4 months.
