Cravings for a particular food is normal. For example, its OK to want a cookie once in a while. A true craving is satisfied after a few bites. Lets say you have been craving a chocolate chip cookie. Its normal to have 1-2 cookies and your done. Your craving is satisfied and you move on. However, it is  NOT NORMAL to eat the entire bag. So don’t be afraid of cravings and do not try to ignore them. However, to be a normal eater, you must satisfy your cravings responsibly. Get in tune and listen to your body.
